When I’m not out and about taking care of my physique via hot yoga, basking in the California sunshine hiking, cycling or indoor boxing.. yes this lil cutie patootie can throw a mean jab, a quick cross 1-2 and a slew of combinations your way, you’d be pleased to find me most likely in the thralls of Mother Nature! Gardening and tending to an abundance of flowers, plants, shrubs and herbs that I care so deeply for, is truly one of my many passions that not only soothes the mind but rejuvenates my soul. It is the quintessential essence of who I am.
I envision a time when I can bridge the gap and bring my love of plant herbology and cuisine together in one harmonious place. Where individuals of all ages, backgrounds and cultural variations can gather in unity. To embrace, learn and educate themselves and others in the basic principles of heart healthy good food that nourishes the mind, body and soul through sustenance and spirit.
Subsequently when my hands aren’t in the dirt and blades of grass between my toes, you can find me browsing bookstores in search of new titles and releases (hardbound preferred), enthralled in an afternoon tea-time or in the city being the ultimate patron of the arts. From the Ballet to the Opera House, live Jazz performances and everything in-between, it is by far my all time favorite pastime spent indoors. Nothing excites me more than getting all pretty, adorned in a new dress and heading out for the premier of a new show or live showcase in the city.
